  himani khullar went above & beyond to Sort out my dilemma wherein i was offered a recovery meal,for my Unpleasant experience at their stockyards locale,I couldn't find the proper detailed trace of emails between Customer Care & Me,since this Scene took place in the first quarter of the year! himani khullar showed great strength and insight in assisting me out,all with compassion and a broad infectious smile!! she dint make me feel small whatsoever.....chipotle, this one's a gem,hope you Help her shine to her utmost potential.Cheers, himani 🤗khullar,Keep Rocking it🥳

  It's chipotle but the didn't givee Amy napkins or utensils for my take out order and the diddnt close my bowl correctly so it spilled juice all over my car seat and floor tore the whole bag apart now I have to get my car cleaned and I couldn't even eat untill I got back home anyways plus it was already cold when. I got back probably because there was no bag because the leak disintegrated it and it wasn't sealed properly

  I visited this Chipotle while travelling from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and it was my first time ever eating at Chipotle. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I have a severe peanut and many other nut allergies that can cause anaphylaxis, so before ordering I politely greeted the employee and asked whether any nuts were used in the food. The employee responded in what I felt was a rude and dismissive tone, saying, "What? Acid? You're going to have to speak up." After I repeated my question, he chuckled and simply replied "No," As someone asking a legitimate question about a potentially life-threatening allergy, I felt uncomfortable and as though my concern was not being taken seriously. As someone who had never been to Chipotle before, I was also confused by the ordering process. When staff asked what I wanted, they would only say things like "Which one?" without explaining the available options, ingredients, or what each item was. There was very little guidance or customer service provided, which made the experience overwhelming. As a young woman visiting Toronto from another province for the first time, I was hoping for a more welcoming and professional experience. I understand restaurants can be busy, and I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary just basic courtesy, professionalism, and some patience with a first-time customer. I felt my allergy concerns were not treated with the level of care and respect they deserved, and the overall customer service was poor.
