  I recently enjoyed a delightful meal at Chipotle. The fresh ingredients and flavorful combinations truly impressed me. I especially appreciated the variety of customization options available. The service was friendly and efficient, making the entire experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend Chipotle for a satisfying and delicious meal.

  Love the food but the lady behind the counter was miserable. I kindly asked for a tad more sauce and this is what I got. 🙄 Didn’t want a confrontation so I just left.

  0 Star!!! Stay Away! The Worst Rewards Program and Customer Service!!!! I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for many years, and this new rewards and online ordering system is one of the worst changes I’ve ever seen. The app is supposed to let customers earn points and redeem rewards. I have always placed my orders, earned points, and redeemed my rewards without any issues. Now, after I placed an online order worth more than $30, I was told that I have to make another purchase of at least $5 before I can receive my birthday reward or even redeem the rewards I already earned with my own points. That makes absolutely no sense. I already spent over $30—why should I have to spend even more just to claim rewards that I already earned? This system is misleading, unfair, and feels like a scam. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, it creates unnecessary obstacles to stop people from using their rewards. After this experience, I will no longer be supporting Chipotle, and I will be telling my friends and family to avoid it as well. Losing loyal customers because of a deceptive rewards program is a terrible business decision.

  I had such a great experience at Chipotle! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. The girl who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Great customer service really makes a difference. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

  I asked if the toppings could be served side by side on top of the rice instead of being mixed. It was a simple request, but the staff member responded, "I'll try, but I can't guarantee it," which came across as unnecessarily resistant to a reasonable customization. To make matters worse, the portions ended up being noticeably smaller than usual, which made it feel like my request affected the serving size. I wasn't asking for anything extra—just for the ingredients to be placed separately. A little more willingness to accommodate customers and consistency in portions would make for a much better experience.
