  Witnessed total mishandling of food today …. I saw the manager checking food temps which was positive l, however he was not sanitizing the thermometer between foods and even worse wiping the thermometer with the same gross towel that’s been used for who knows what which leads to cross contamination and violating one of the most fundamental rules of safe food handling . Have worked in hospitality for years and that’s basically told me never eat there again There is a response for “chipotle owner “ for my review … asking to contact through the website …. Fun fact…. The Sherway gardens location and seemingly all Canadian locations won’t come up on the drop down menu on the contact us portal Isn’t that interesting? Seems like they want the illusion of accountability and transparency but don’t actually want to deal with anything or anyone

  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I ordered takeout expecting the full menu that’s advertised, but they were out of both the Honey Chipotle Chicken and the sautéed veggies. When I asked if they could make a fresh batch of either item, I was simply told no. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to offer an alternative or acknowledge the inconvenience. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. It felt like no one cared that multiple menu items were unavailable. If you’re charging close to $20 for a meal, customers should either have access to the advertised ingredients or receive some form of accommodation when key menu items are unavailable. I understand that restaurants can occasionally run out of ingredients, but refusing to prepare a fresh batch while offering no apology or solution is poor customer service. Better inventory management and a more customer-focused approach would go a long way. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standard I’d expect from Chipotle.

  Did a mobile pickup last Wednesday and the eta was 5:00 for pickup. I went there at 5:04 pm but the food (3 tacos) weren’t ready yet (understandable, no issue). But the thing is I was in a hurry so asked the guy at front “is it gonna take a long time?” Cause they did not even start making it so the guy told the front girl on the table to make it first and at that time she didn’t have any other customers. She didn’t even bother to make my order!! Another walk in customer came and she started making his order where I was the priority and I placed my order at 4;45 pm! Then that guy came and my order quickly and served me 🙏
