  The food is fine but the staff and the service both just really need serious improvement. The staff behind the counter is distracted and loud and unorganized and are never actually paying attention to what you’re ordering. They’re messing up orders, putting the wrong things in the wrong people’s bags, and are putting literally 4 pieces of lettuce into bowls when you ask for it. The area behind the counter is always crowded, messy, and loud, and it seems like no one is actually paying attention to the customers. For being such a key location, the staff here is really poorly trained and half of them look like they’d rather be anywhere else.

  The Indian lady who works cashier is very rude and she has an attitude. I’m sorry if You hate you job but costumer service isn’t for you . I think her name is Muskan that’s what it says on the receipt.

  My order was ready. But this man kept walking around talking to coworkers. He even took a phone call. I told him my order and he said he's working on it. This man had 1 job to put my food in a bag. He couldn't even do that. Took 10 minutes goofing around

  This has got to be one of the dirtiest Chipotle locations in the GTA. I visited the location several months ago and was disappointed by how poorly managed it was, but chose to give the folks here the benefit of the doubt. I revisited the location today, Saturday, May 2, 2026, at around 7 p.m., and again noticed how dirty the restaurant was, particularly the dining area, which prompted me to leave this review. I dined in for about an hour, and during that time, no one bothered to clean the dining tables, which were dirty and littered, and the garbage bins were overflowing. During that one-hour period, three workers took their breaks and ate in the dining area. They clearly saw the mess in the dining area and the overflowing trash bins, yet conveniently chose to ignore it, even after their meal breaks were done; they simply returned to the kitchen after their meal breaks. If cleaning the dining area isn’t part of their job description, they should have at least notified the staff member who is responsible. This makes me wonder if the kitchen is being properly cleaned. Chipotle HQ, if you’re reading this review, please do something about this location! The dining experience at this location is ruining your brand!

  This is one of the worst Chipotle locations in Toronto. Every time I order, something is missing. This time, I called ahead just to ask for a side of hot sauce—something I’ve gotten before—and the employee gave me a hard time about it. She put the manager on the phone, and I literally heard him say they’d still include it… and of course, it wasn’t there. At this point it’s almost impressive how consistently they get orders wrong. They’ll argue over something as basic as hot sauce, but can’t manage to include it even after agreeing to it. Not surprised this place is sitting below four stars
