  Terrible customer service (staff are quite unfriendly and rude). This location is also very bad with portions (give you scraps). Store is always dirty. Also, they close earlier than they are supposed to. Came around 10:45pm, doors were locked.

  I don’t know where to start. Has the ownership changed? I came in today and ordered two bowls. I only asked for rice and steak, with no other toppings. The staff put only two small scoops of rice and a few pieces of steak, then closed the container. The bowls were almost empty! I politely asked if they could please add more because I don’t eat the other toppings, but they looked at me like I was asking for something unreasonable. This was a terrible experience. I paid $37 for two almost empty bowls. That’s unacceptable. If the portion sizes don’t change, I definitely won’t be coming back. Oh. Also the staff they look like they are lost.. for real the store needs to get some serious improvements.

  The bowl was good, but the chips were a huge disappointment. They tasted stale, old, and were so hard that they were difficult to bite and chew. It honestly felt like they had been sitting around for ages. Fresh chips would have made the meal much better.

  The cleanliness of the restaurant has always been questionable, but finding hairs in my food last night has made the decision to never return much easier. Perhaps Chipotle corporate should visit the location once in a while to see how messy it is.

  This is not a location you wanna order in advance at unless you’re willing to open the order right then and there and make sure that they didn’t mess it up because I was missing items from mine and the “extra rice” didn’t even seem like a full single scoop. When I called to mention that they messed it up, they offered to make it right and redo my entire order which I thought was nice so when I went in to get the order, I gave them my order and they did it at the takeout counter instead of the main counter and I didn’t see them make it but I figure you messed up before you’re going to be extra diligent and they put the chipotle honey chicken instead of normal and as someone who doesn’t eat spice I had to get my wife food from elsewhere because she could not eat it. The food quality and everything is pretty standard and good but I will never be going to order in advance at this location again. If you don’t see them make it as many others have stated too they won’t make it right.
