The first time, there was a sharp piece of metal in my food, which actually cut my finger. I chose not to report it because I believed it was an isolated incident, even though it could have caused serious injury. Today, however, I bit into and partially swallowed a hard piece of rubber before realizing something was wrong and spitting it out. I could have choked or suffered an internal injury. This is not a minor quality issue; it is a significant food safety concern. What makes this even more alarming is that this location serves one of the busiest areas in downtown Toronto, surrounded by major corporate offices and handling an enormous volume of customers every day. A recurring issue like this raises serious concerns about quality control and food preparation practices. I expect this matter to be investigated thoroughly and for appropriate corrective action to be taken to ensure this cannot happen again. No customer should have to worry about finding foreign objects in their food, especially at such a high-volume location. I demand a response outlining the steps being taken to address this issue. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS
