  Really depends on who you get making your bowl. Been here a few times in the past couple weeks. First few times were good. Last few times, horrible. The big chicken scoop followed by flicking most of it off and back in to the container is common here. Same with the gauc. Line cooks and staff pretend like they have stocks in the company or something. Crazy work. If you ask for more salsa or things that are suppose to be free, you get side eye from the staff and rushed. They will rush you along that line even though you are the only customer in the place. I’ll take my $25 lunch somewhere else. Will never be back.

  Probably the dirtiest Chipotle, let alone fast food restaurant, I’ve been to in a very long time. The entire place looked filthy. The counter was dirty, the food trays were a mess, and honestly by the time I got to ordering I barely even wanted to eat there anymore. Communication while ordering was also really difficult and I could barely understand what was being said. On top of that, almost everything was empty and it was only around 7:30pm, so it felt like I was getting whatever was left at the bottom of the barrel. The chicken I got was even mixed in with some other shredded meat that I couldn’t identify. Just really disappointing overall. First time ever going to this location because it’s one of the closest options to Etobicoke near Sherway, and I can assure you I won’t be coming back.

  I really love Mexican food, and I used to come to this location regularly for almost three years. Unfortunately, the service has become much worse than it used to be. The price for the same protein seems to change every time, and I’m often given a bowl filled mostly with rice while paying the same price. What bothers me most is the inconsistency in portions—other customers seem to receive much better portions for the same price. It also feels like customers may be treated differently based on how they dress or the color of their skin, which is completely unacceptable and disappointing. After being a loyal customer for nearly three years, I’m very disappointed. I will not be coming back to this location again.

  STOP PUTTING BARELY ANY BEANS IN THE BEANS ONLY BOWL. YOUR MARGINS ARE ALREADY INSANE ON THOSE. PUT PROPER BEANS IT LACKS PROTEIN WITHOUT THE BEEEEEAAAANNNNSSSSS.
