  Why is all the food cold?????? I ordered barbacoa tacos and they were cold and the meat was terrible. My kids ordered bowls one steak and one chicken and they both didn’t like it. My husband ordered a burrito and it was cold and then he got sick. I have no idea what the hype is about this place, save your money and go somewhere else. It’s not good and even though I saw many people come and go, the food was extremely sub par and we are not returning.

  Worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. I was the only customer treated differently and met with rude, passive-aggressive behaviour from staff. The whole interaction felt discriminatory and incredibly uncomfortable. When I raised the issue, store manager Xavier V responded with “So?” and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and dismissive. If you expect basic respect as a customer, avoid this location.

  Great catering! We got catering for a small event and the experience was excellent. The food tasted amazing and you could tell it was freshly cooked. They provide everything you need for serving (serving utensils, bowls, forks, napkins). The whole process was easy and all the attendees enjoyed the food.

  Their counters are always dirty. Staff is wiping away food with their hands, and continuing to serve food without changing their gloves. Tortillas are being dragged across dirty counters, food is being stuck to the bottom of food containers and container covers are filthy after having been dragged along. It's not only unappetizing but unhygienic. Today when I raised it with the cashier, she smiled and carried on. I specifically requested that the counters be wiped, but it obviously wasn't seen as a priority. Aren't staff at food establishments required to get the Food Handler's certificate anymore? Isn't there someone on site who understands what cross contamination is? Unacceptable.

  I don’t know if the person behind the counter is new but our interaction went something like this: “Do you still have the adobo chicken?” “Yes” “Okay can I get that please” *scoops what looks like the regular chicken* “Oh I would like the adobo chicken” “Yes that’s the adobo chicken” I don’t work there so I believed her against my better judgement And I did in fact get the regular chicken. Y’all, get it together, you are cutting your portion sizes and raising your prices. The LEAST you can do it get the order right!
