- MMMacSep 27, 20261.0I travel a lot for business and this might be the worse Chipotle I’ve been to. Ordered a steak bowl that was small and the steak was fatty and tough. Top it off two of the 3 employees I interacted with had bad attitudes. Walk a little further down King and grab a bowl from Wilbur Mexican if you want Quality for the same price!

- LHLexi HalseySep 7, 20261.0Honestly kinda bummed. I love chipotle but the experience this time was not good. I found the workers to be not friendly and ignored each request I had for toppings. For example I asked for quac and had to keep asking for it on my bowl rather than the side and the workers kept ignoring my request. Which I do find a little frustrating because I am being charged extra for it on my bowl. Also the lettuce was cold and not very fresh which throws off the taste of the bowl. I mean I love chipotle so I’ll be back but this just kinda didn’t give me a good vibe. The only good thing was getting to eat it on the patio.

After that he asked if they could get more and they begrudgingly did it very slowly. I got to the lettuce and there was none left. I asked for lettuce and they again plainly said they didnt have any. The person in front of me got lettuce because the service person went to get the lettuce from their delivery bowl preparation station. Very slow and unhelpful service overall. Food was barely warm and obviously was sitting out with workers too lazy to refill or prepare more for customers.
