  Today’s order was completely unacceptable. I specifically ordered brown rice as my side, and it was missing. On top of that, the tomato salsa was also not included. This was not a difficult or complicated order at all, yet somehow it was still completely messed up. After a long day at work, all I wanted was a proper dinner, and your careless mistakes ruined it. I’m beyond disappointed and extremely frustrated with the terrible service.

  No need to repeat the bad staff service and tiny portion, I had an upset stomach everytime I ate from here. A solid choice if you have constipation recently😂

  Absolute trash staff. Literally incompetent…beyond disorganized, just genuinely careless. No wonder it’s a 3 star with 190 reviews. It’s chipotle, not rocket science.

  April 21, around 5:45 pm, TERRIBLE SERVICE from the Korean lady working today. There was hardly any food left and she was scrapping food off the bowls and it wasn’t even enough per scoop, giving me burnt sofritas and vegetables. When I tried to ask for a reasonable amount and fresh food she tried to lie and make stuff up saying thats how its done/all one gets. Lady, you think there aren’t other chipotles around and we don’t know how things work at Chipotle? This location should honestly close down, do mot go here. I felt bad not getting it because she already started making it. Waste of my money. No wonder they have so many bad reviews.
