  I wanted to share some feedback about my experience at this location. I actually come here often because I like the food, it’s one of the few healthier options close to my work. But lately, the experience hasn’t been great. The service feels very rushed, like you’re expected to order quickly without even having time to properly look at the options or enjoy being there. It takes away from the whole experience. The staff also comes across as unfriendly and a bit dismissive. At times it honestly feels like you’re being judged or like you’re bothering them just by ordering. Something else that made me uncomfortable is when staff talk among themselves in the middle of the interaction in a way that customers can’t understand. I completely respect that people speak different languages, but in that moment it feels awkward and unclear as a customer. On top of that, I had an issue recently where I was allowed to buy just rice one day, and then the next day I was refused the same thing after the employee checked with the manager. The inconsistency, combined with the attitude, made the whole situation frustrating. By the way, this happened at the 85 The Pond Road location. I didn’t even end up buying anything this time because I was refused the side order. I usually get rice with chips and a Coke, so yeah, that was disappointing. I keep coming back because I like the food, but the service, especially from management, has been disappointing. I really think this location could do a lot better when it comes to how customers are treated. And honestly, it was the first time I’ve seen a manager work that hard just to refuse a sale in an empty restaurant. Impressive.

  Stingiest chipotle I’ve been too for meat amounts. Make you pay extra for the standard meat portions the give in other stores

  bad store. i placed a delivery order and realized i forgot to order my chips. i called to ask the store if i could place a pick up order for the chips and they can give it to my driver, and they were like NO. you have to do 2 DELIVERY ORDERS. even tho all i needed was the chips added. i will start ordering from other chipotles and not this one.
