- KNKhi NicoleSep 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service at this location. What started as a simple request for a chicken sample turned into an unnecessarily hostile interaction. After receiving poor communication from one employee, I simply asked for someone else to prepare my food and moved on. Later, while I was speaking to the cashier, the original employee inserted herself into the conversation and repeatedly asked, “Is there a problem?” in a confrontational manner. What made it worse was watching the other employees immediately defend the behaviour rather than de-escalate the situation or listen to the customer’s concern. This wasn’t poor service from one employee, the overall service was poor. What’s especially telling is that after this happened, I read through other reviews for this exact location and saw that I am clearly not the first customer to complain about the service, staff attitude, and lack of professionalism. There are multiple reviews describing similarly poor experiences. At some point, when customers repeatedly raise the same concerns, management should be asking why. I came to purchase food, not be confronted by staff because I requested someone else to make my order. Unprofessional, unnecessarily confrontational, and clearly deserving of management’s attention. And before the standard “Please contact us to discuss your experience” response gets posted underneath this review: no need. I am already escalating this directly to Chipotle’s corporate/customer-care channels, along with the details of what occurred at this location. I’m not posting this review in place of making a formal complaint, I’m doing both.

And customers are waiting for their turn seems forever 😴 I highly recommend to train your staff accordingly. When customers ask you to change the gloves you must change it with no questions asked.
