  Not welcoming at all, stood there for awhile while nobody welcomed me to start the order, and bad customer service; ordered a burrito and asked for a container on the side, which I didn’t get at the end — added guacamole into burrito yet burrito got bursted, so when I was not watching the making while I was registering for a new membership, they replaced with a new burrito, which made all guac thrown away, the maker didn’t care and just wrapped it — at home, there’s no guac found in the burrito, which luckily I didn’t pay for since they said I could get free guac as a new member, a reason why I couldn’t see the making — The employees there in general were not considerate or welcoming to customer.

  Max (forgive me if I’m misspelling her name) did such a phenomenal job catering to me as it was my first time ever having Chipotle! She explained thoroughly the process and was patient with my questions. Thank you for the positive ambience at this location!

  July 9 2026 at 9:30 pm. To the white male with glasses who placed 3 peppers and 2 onions in my bowl when I requested “fajita veggies”.. you are a disgrace to the brand. If you weigh protein that’s one thing but the greed in veggies is beyond comprehension This is also mirrored by other reviews. District managers need to step up and handle this behaviour asap. This is why your brand is getting dragged. Your attention to detail has drastically declined.

  MID tbh i don’t get the hype. This was the first time I had chipotle and I don’t know what I was expecting but it’s so overpriced for what reason. Plus they got my girlfriend’s order wrong, she asked for chicken but they got her steak and overcharged us. Probably an honest mistake but still not the best first time experience. Gonna stick to other restaurants that are more affordable and not overhyped.

  First of all the lady named Krupa at the cash is extremely rude standing there demanding this much amount even after a code was given to make the price go down. Tell me in which world does a kids meal cost $11.58 it’s $8.25 and I had the free chips and guac with $5 minimum purchase I scanned that multiple times even after she said yeah it was applied and I gave her $10 expecting $1.50 back she said you only gave me $10 it’s $11.58 girl what the hell? Is she that old that she doesn’t know how to use the POS system? I’ve never had this issue in other chipotles the one downtown is amazing never any issues at their POS. This location their cashiers are always trying to charge extra another time this girl tried to charge me 25 cents more even though I gave her exactly 8.25 cents. What a scamming place I’ll be going to the downtown chipotle now, what a shame.
