  Ordered food and a drink ahead to get at the pickup window. Get back to my work and realize they have given me an empty drink cup and my burrito. Go back and they tell me I have to fill up the drink inside. 1. When was someone ever going to tell me that 2. What's the point of the pick up window then?

  This is probably the most mismanaged chipotle I’ve ever visited. Their protein portions are very light handed compared to other locations (even double protein) and when you ask for more they quite literally grab a disrespectful morsel and chuck it on just for effect. Every thing also just seems less tasty than other chipotle’s I’ve frequented. The conditions behind the counter also seem quite unhygienic (smells like sweat) as if the entire kitchen needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom and better ventilation. The Chipotle I went to everyday in North York was absolutely spotless and generous so this location needs to do better. Also please tell corporate that the Pollo Asado is STRAIGHT GARBAGE and not worth an up charge by any standard. BRING BACK THE HONEY OR AL PASTOR CHICKEN!

  Of all the chipotle locations I’ve been to, this one consistently gives such small portions. Usually I can only eat half and save the rest for later but this time I ate the whole bowl cuz it was so stingy. This is with me asking for more lettuce etc because they were barely filling it. The new pollo chicken was also extremely salty. I would suggest going to the one near Union station as their portions are much more consistent. Sad because this location is much more convenient. Filled out the receipt feedback form, but in past experience they don’t even acknowledge your issues.

  PRobably the worst chipotle in the city. Smalles protein portions, and the absolute worst service. Today, around 6pm, they stuck a newbie on the dinner rush. Took him more than 5 minutes to prep 2 burritos, with 10 people in the line. Everyone's gotta be trained; why not train him well enough, and then test him during a slower time?

  Shame that if you come anytime after 8:30ish that you’ll never get fresh meat. Always the last few drops in the tin with nothing on the grill. Between the option of eating food that’s been left out for 5h and standing waiting for them to start a new batch, might as well just leave and go to green box across the street. Sure it doesn’t taste as good, but at least I know if I’m paying $20 for a meal it’s not just eating cold leftovers. Same with the guac, if you go after 8:30 it’s always brown. At least have the decency to try and hide it by mixing it up. Or the queso forming a hard layer on the top surface. Might not sound like a lot but when the employees always scrap a tiny scoop from the top, the old meat, hard queso, and brown guac defines your meal.
