  To preface, I never leave reviews. Even when I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere, I still don’t. But wow I just can’t take it anymore at this location. I’ve lived in Liberty for around 5 years, and have probably ate at this location 150+ times. Not all times have been bad, I’ve had some good bowls, but wow I’m dissapointed. I don’t know who the guy thinks he is who was working the line near open today, but wow, at least pretend you care. Not a single smile, rude every time I’m there, ridiculous. Also think it’s ridiculous they don’t wear name tags. He filled my bowl today and it seemed like he tried to piss me off, I think I got 3 pieces of chicken, one slice of green pepper when I asked for fajitas, there was barely any pico de gallo, the scoop he gave me I think had 8 little chunks of tomato, then he filled the bowl with lettuce to make it look full (the lettuce was gross and brown too). It’s really sad. Because I LOVE Chipotle, I feel so lucky to have one so close to me, but damn, I honestly think I’d rather travel downtown to go to one of those locations, that’s how bad it’s been. I’ve probably spent $3k+ at this establishment. It’s really sad. I’m really sorry for this review, but it had to be said. I hope things turn around, and hope the employees get properly trained here on customer service.

  The only review you'll ever need, place was great, and the workers were very nice. The worker Roghieh was amazing and gave us excellent portions and even have us something Extra!!

  Ready order wasn't even started; served RAW chicken. I placed an app order and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, they hadn't even started it. The store was in absolute chaos with a massive backlog and a crowd of frustrated customers all waiting on chicken. On top of that, the staff was rude and yelling at delivery drivers to back away from the kitchen as if they were the problem. After waiting 25 minutes past my pickup time, I finally got my food. When I got home, I discovered the chicken was half-raw. Serving raw poultry is a huge food safety hazard and completely unacceptable. I am demanding a full refund and will never return to this location.

  They have nothing after 9PM, the personal is horrible, small portions, mice Unsanitary conditions

  the manager here is very good but the woman with the blue contacts is extremely rude, all she does is yell for the manager for every question and does not confirm anything. this has been the third time i dealt with her and gave her benefit of the doubt the other times but she was straight up very rude and mean. I recommend either you retrain her or let her go because i dont trust her making my food in retaliation i put 3 stars only because i feel bad for the manager otherwise it wouldve been 1
