Then you need to be straightforward and honest available instead of having 25 delivery people standing waiting for orders with no communication for 20 minutes... This is a consistent issue with this and it seems it will never be fixed... So if you don't want to do deliveries fine that's fine. Don't do them... But treating people so poorly is awful

Eventually, a staff member told me my food would be ready in two minutes, but instead she continued helping other customers, including handling six Uber Eats orders. After waiting about 15 minutes with no update, I had to ask again, only to be handed food that had clearly been sitting on the counter for some time. There was no acknowledgment of the delay or apology. As a result, my fries and nuggets were cold. I won’t be returning.

I asked another employee, who was willing to provide one, but this manager told him not to, citing their “policy”. A terrible experience, I've never had anything like it before. Waiting for feedback from the restaurant!

Service: manager don't have the slightest clue as to how to handle a service issue, and when you simply ask for refund they just get angry and start speaking in a foreign language. Atmosphere: washrooms are full to the top of trash, to the point that you can't even grab napkins to dry your hands and garbage bins are all full in the dining area. Per reference, I've visit the Eaton center location many times and the atmosphere along with the service is highly recommended for an extra 15min walk but the right service for your money.
