- CYcc y5 days ago1.0The service was not good today. i ordered a meal for dine-in and the staff missed bringing one item, fries. So as soon i was served the tray, i walked up to the stand right away and told him about this and showed my receipt. It was just 10 seconds after served. He went to a manager and the manager asked me where i was sitting to go check if i wasn't really served fries for herself, as if i was lying! It had been only 10 seconds after serving, how could he forget what he just served? After the manager saw my tray missing fries, she brought new fries in a bag(which was for to-go), but i was dining in, clearly. Lastly, she didn't say 'sorry' for forgetting the fries and left the scene. That part was what made me leave a review here after all. Expect better customer service next time.
