The manager Amir then quietly mumbled to me, “It’s really embarrassing to act like this in public.” I wasn’t making a scene — just trying to order. The passive-aggressive comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. Amir was taunting me by telling me to record him because I never heard a manager or worker at chick fil a or anywhere respond so unprofessional and trying to provoke a guest at an establishment. I believe the standard Amir showed aren’t Chick fil a standards that I know and love .
