    I didn’t know what to expect the first time that I came here and was very impressed with the quality of food and service here. Since my first visit, I’ve been a handful of times, and each time has been amazing. The table guac and the provided mayo is amazing. So far I’ve tried all the tacos except for the ones with consume and the other premium choices other than pork belly. The mix and match is a great option and feeds me adequately. What makes this Anejo even more amazing is not just the food, but the service as well! My experience in particular has been with Rachel. She is honestly such a gem and super knowledgeable, and super on point with making sure that the experience dining in is amazing. It’s great to have chats with her and her willingness to talk us through the available drink options and choice tequilas helped make the selection less overwhelming and such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is great too, and there’s two areas to eat. The room with the bar is darker and there is another room with a stone like aesthetic and is much brighter. Would rate 10/10 stars if possible. Best place for food in the St Lawrence area.

    My Granddaughter and son in law had lunch at Anejo, and they were thoroughly impressed with the food, which was excellent, with the soup deserving a special mention. The ambience was lovely, making it a pleasant setting for a relaxed meal. Their waitress was also warm, friendly and courteous, adding a personal touch to the experience. The one disappointing aspect was the rather slow service, which took away somewhat from what would otherwise have been an outstanding dining experience. With such excellent food, a beautiful ambience and friendly staff, a little more promptness in service would make Anejo an even more enjoyable place to dine. Overall, a lovely restaurant with great food and considerable promise, where improving the pace of service would make all the difference.

    Was great place. We had to sit by this shared bar thing so that kinda sucked but other than that the food was good the drinks were phenomenal. Just make reservations ahead of time

    Food and drinks came very quick, everything was delicious. 0 complaints about that. Only issue is the stairs going down to the seating area are dark, might be difficult for people with poor eye sight. But that's a minimal complaint, just my situation. Definitely recommend for tacos and margaritas on a friday night.

    Food drinks were great! Service was great too right upto the end…our server (M, long hair) snatched the POS machine out of my hand, cancelled the transaction and increased the tip from 15% to 20% and took my phone and tapped with it. This is not cool and will prevent me from visiting this location in the future. A tip is meant to be gratuitous and not out of compulsion and experiences like these bring into question why servers are so sweet and welcoming to guests in the first place. Update: the GM investigated, apologized and sent a gift card. Food was great; appreciate them taking the feedback seriously.
