The brown lady had a bit of a tough attitude. Firstly, we were told to wait by this white lady for 45 minutes, but we waited an hour and 30 minutes. When we asked about the wait time, she told us to wait another hour and 30 minutes to be seated. We were pretty frustrated and didn’t get any apologies from the staff. She even suggested we book another day so we could dine in. LMAO. We tried other branches, and the food was amazing, but this one in Lawrence Market is just not great. There’s no empathy or professionalism here. Train your staff how to accommodate customers right.

We arrived at 8 PM and were told the wait would be about an hour, so we decided to stay. After waiting for 1.5 hours with zero updates, we had to ask the hostess ourselves, only to be told we wouldn’t actually be seated until 10 PM. No apology, no remorse, nothing.
The Indian lady at the front was extremely rude and even had the audacity to suggest that we “book another day, go bar hopping, and come back at 10.” Completely unprofessional customer service.
If we hadn’t asked for an update, they probably wouldn’t have told us at all. We love Añejo, but this branch was a terrible experience. Stay away from this location.

I had one of the worst services I’ve ever had. My friend and went for happy hour yesterday, May 14th, 2026 at 4:40 p.m and we had to wait a very long time for our server to come over and great us. We were a little bit in a rush because the happy hour was ending at 5 so we wanted to place the order before 5 but we had to wait a long time. We ordered a guacamole to share. The avocados were very bad, they had gone bad and were very black, I will attach a video to show it. Those are the kind of avocados I will open and throw in the garbage right away and I cannot believe that is being served to paying customers. Thankfully, the guacamole had a lot of additions and flavour which masked the bad flavour of the avocado. We also ordered two tacos each, those were very good but we did not even get any cutlery so it was hard to eat and since it was impossible to ever reach our server, we did not even bother in asking for them.
At some point the server came to the table and took away our guacamole and chips without even asking and we were not even finished with it. At the end my friend wanted to pay by card and the terminal wasn’t working, the server had to try 3 different terminals and none of them worked so I had to pay for my friend and I with cash and the server took the cash and did not even ask if we needed change but just left with it not even saying thank you or anything. I was not planning to leave any tip since the service was so bad but the server just took our money without even asking and he got busy again with another table so it was impossible to reach him again. I really hope it was a one time situation and it’s not an everyday thing but that was very bad. I did not catch the server’s name but he was tall and skinny and since I specified the date and time, it should not be too hard to find out who he was and address the situation.

I went here for dinner on a Tuesday evening. We ordered some tacos, the scallops and the molcajete de carne.
The Molcajete had next to NO meat in it. Last time I ordered it at their other location there was huge chunks of beef, actual chorizo sausage and shredded chicken. This time it has tiny pieces of chorizo in it, and that was about it. It was mainly just sauce and onions.
The tacos and scallops were really good though. Also the service wasn't that great.
We waiting long for them to finally take our order, and I ordered a coke which never came. Then we had to wait pretty long for them to finally give us the bill.
The atmosphere was good though, perhaps it was just a busy time but I think maybe they should hire another server or two.

Went at the happy hours 10 PM - close. If you're getting Tacos, I'd rank it in the order Pork, beef, fish and chicken. Pork tacos were the yummiest. During happy hours the Tacos are for 4$ and the usual prices are 6$
For drinks, I tried their margaritas and I liked the Ginger, mango, cucumber and last would be the coconut one. I had a total of 5 margaritas and didn't even feel the alcohol so I'm not sure what they are adding to it 👀😶 but they were very refreshing. Selective drinks during happy hours are for half price.
Reservation would be best if you plan to go during the happy hours. It was packed on Friday night and we had to wait for at least 20-30 minutes for a table. Would recommend a visit to this place if you haven't been there.
