    Delicious fish tacos, and fantastic margaritas! The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with stylish decor, making it a great spot for a night out with friends or a date night. The staff were friendly. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving Mexican food in downtown Toronto! 🌮🍹

    Decided to give this place a try for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. The Food & Service were both exceptional! I tried the tableside guacamole, well it is a bit pricey I found it was far worth it. A fun experience and the guacamole itself had the perfect taste. The chips had the perfect amount of salt. I got 3 different tacos off of the happy hour menu (which is a great deal) I got a chicken,beef & fish taco. They all had great flavour and were packed with meat and toppings. The tortillas were fresh and soft. They bring you a selection of great hot sauce options to go with the tacos and that was a cherry ontop to an already superb dining experience. If I had any notes for this place it would be to expand! The king street location is a bit small, Initially I wanted to sit inside but appon sitting down we noticed a very loud party table and then asked to be relocated to the outside. If this location has a separate room for larger events this would probably not be an issue. But also I would loveeee to see this restaurant expand into the gta. More people need an opportunity to enjoy the experience. Thank you Añejo Staff we will be back!

    If you enjoy an energetic, lively Mexican spot, this place is for you! If you’re expecting a quiet, calm dining experience, look elsewhere. I’ve been here twice, and it never disappoints. The customer service is great, and they serve the best Mexican food in town. I really loved the tacos, which are generous with the protein and not filler-heavy with veggies. Getting the coconut shrimp as an appetizer was a fantastic choice—so good that I ordered it again on my second visit. The Pollo Milanesa is my personal favorite and go-to main course. Their drinks and desserts are pretty good, too. I tried both the crème brûlée and the tres leches, but I personally preferred the crème brûlée."

    We absolutely love this place and it’s one of our go-to spots in Toronto, especially for happy hour! Unfortunately, our experience on Sunday, September 13th was really disappointing. We arrived around midnight, ordered drinks, and when our server came back around 12:20 AM, we were told the kitchen had already closed. No one had told us, and we’ve ordered food here as late as 12:40 AM before. When we asked another server, we were told the kitchen closed at 12:10 AM, which was completely different from what our server told us. On our visit today, we were told the actual kitchen/last-call times were much later! I still don't get it why were we lied to?! We ended up leaving and going across the street to Ruby Soho, where we were actually treated like guests. Love the food and the place, but 0/5 for the service that night! And I hope the servers are more welcoming!

    We were really disappointed by this spot, which is a shame because the drinks and food were really good. The decor and atmosphere are lovely as well. However, the service left much to be desired, and was quite frankly a humiliating experience. Our server, Julian, was quite cold and not attentive to us at all. We figured it was a busy night- yet he was paying other tables much more attention, always filling up their waters etc. Our drinks did not arrive for a while and were not correct either. At the end of our meal, he asked us pointed questions about our ethnic background, and whether or not we were local (questions out of the blue and not in the normal flow of the conversation), and it left us with a bad taste in our mouth. We could not help but notice we were the only table of colour, and the only ones not treated well. Moreover, he overcharged us, and it was sorted out quite abruptly and rudely. I am in the hospitality industry myself, so I am very hesitant to leave bad reviews, but in this case we left feeling embarrassed, humiliated and downright unhappy with the experience.
