  Hi everyone, I have ordered 2 footlong from subway and hour ago I was eating that, I found hair in it i called at store and told him but Firstly he said "kyaa baat kr rhe ho".indirectly he said I am lying. Then he gave phone to supervisor and he asked me to send the photo. I did and he called me and said we can't deliver it,you can have the other one as you ordered 2. And pick up from store after I said the 2nd one was for my friend why should I, it did not happen because of me you should maintain hygiene while serving it to the customers I need delivery, his words were as hair looks in the photo it is not possible to be in any order. Instead of talking in polite way he was blaming me that I am lying.I felt that every customer's concern need to be heard not blamed. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store. Worst experience ever with food and staff as well.

  I visited Subway yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member seemed quite unhappy and was more focused on swiping and mopping than taking my order. He appeared to be in a rush, which made the ordering process feel hurried and uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of the experience, and I felt it was lacking during my visit. I hope this can be improved in the future so customers feel more welcomed and attended to.It was near to 6:00 pm Monday 2026/3/30

  The young gentleman working tonight is always so friendly and welcoming! We haven’t been in a while and he remembered us from months ago! Super polite and funny! Keep up the good work!
