  I used to love this place under the previous management, but the quality and service have gone downhill significantly. I won't be returning.

  Walked in, ordered sub of the day (Tues Special- Pizza Sub) Firstly bun was fresh however flat as hell, squished, they put salami only on a pizza sub, I asked isn't there supposed to be pepperoni? you know, that normally is what makes a pizza sub "pizza" nope! salami only, they have no pepperoni, ok whatever, next ask for mushrooms , realize they are soggy grey watery canned, and not fresh, which is another turn off, like who uses canned mushrooms? Mushrooms are dirt cheap! speaking of cheap this company obviously is aswell, lastly, ordered Fiery Tots, with bacon and queso , Employee working burnt the bacon so damn bad, it was unrecognizable, black broken burnt crispy pieces of bacon crumbled,disgusting, smothered in nasty nacho chunky cheese which wasn't even stirred just brewing in the cauldron bubbling away and not stirred, topped with steamed, yes steamed not crunchy tots, utterly disgusting, I didn't mention these issues right then and there, which I should have, but ya, gross & never again , Order came to $21, I'll go across the street to Subway from now on, buns are fluffy and fresh, better atmosphere, better toppings, oh and they have Pepperoni!!! I honestly wish Cptn Submarine was around. you guys remember Cptn Submarine? omg the best! fresh ,finely sliced lettuce, quality meats, beautiful subs, now look at the garbage they serve us, at mr sub what a steady decline! lossed my Business!!! byeeee

  Absolute terrible place i went in at 9 pm for a sub the gentelman did not want open a new bag of lettuce because they close at 10 and it was 9 i can imagine all the loss business wont be going there again

  The quality of the food here has seriously declined, the lettuce is always brown or you get all the gross pieces, the onions aren’t fresh either, and my meatballs were rocks, actually disgusting, I don’t know how people still go here, like it’s bad bad now
