  The quality of the food here has seriously declined, the lettuce is always brown or you get all the gross pieces, the onions aren’t fresh either, and my meatballs were rocks, actually disgusting, I don’t know how people still go here, like it’s bad bad now

  Can't even make a sandwich. 1 third of what I asked for and paid for it. Call and to inform them and they argue and say oh sorry we ran out of that

  Mr sub is usually my favourite. I ordered a chicken sub but the way she built it everything fell out. So much sauce everything fell out and mustard everywher - all over me. Didn't ask if I'd like it on the grill or toasted. Threw it out.

  Absolutely horrible. Asked for the sub to be toasted, and while it was in the “toaster”, the person decided to wipe her counters ( and everything went on the floor). When the toaster was finished, she proceeded to try and take my sub out of the toaster with the same dirty gloves. She squished the sub back together and handed it to me. DISGUSTING! Refused to give me a refund.
