  Absolutely amazing experience at KFC. The chicken was crispy, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Staff members were polite and hardworking, and they made sure the order was correct and served on time. The atmosphere was welcoming and the place was very clean. You can really tell the team cares about customer service. Will definitely keep coming back.

  Had a really great experience at KFC Timmins. The staff were friendly, respectful, and very fast with the service. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the team handled customers professionally even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best KFC locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend.

  Very disappointed with my recent KFC order. I ordered a Zinger Drip Sandwich Box Meal through the app for drive-through pickup, and the stapled bag made me assume everything was correct. After getting home, I realized I got small fries instead of large, a Diet Pepsi instead of regular, and my macaroni salad was missing. This is almost the second time this has happened. I shouldn’t have to drive back after getting home because my order was packed wrong. Probably my last time ordering from KFC.

  Right off the bat, the doors going into the restaurant were dirty. We tried ordering online; the online menu is incomplete and we couldn't order what we wanted. So we went to the counter and the staff member was very helpful, repeating the order back to use to make sure that she got it right. However, the meals were terrible. The area around the soda machine had not been cleaned (very sticky). The chicken was extremely greasy and fatty and the batter coating was missing on most of the chicken (pieces and tenders). The pieces were not what they used to be (strangely cut), the fries were dry and the gravy was not hot. My mother, who used to like Kentucky Fried Chicken, said that the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill. Avoid, avoid, avoid - if you want fried chicken, go elsewhere.

  Cashier (East Indian) sighed when I asked him for a receipt because the self serve debit machine didn’t print one out for me. Then went around the corner, said something in his language to the other staff members and they laughed. If you’re going to work/live in Canada, do NOT speak any other language while working other than English or French. It will lead the customers to think that you are making fun of them for asking for something that is rightfully theirs. It’s incredibly INSULTING. Will not return. Order was over 50$. I think I’m entitled to a receipt without a sigh, after all, it’s part of your job to keep the customers happy/satisfied.
