  Multiple times I have been threw drive thru and had to wait then get my food and get half way home and bite into my burrito and it be made wrong. Tonight go threw and asked three times if it was made right and told yes by the manager to get half way home and it be made wrong . Very disappointed with the food and service.

  Consistently running into issues while here. Go to order at the speaker and consistently told we need to pull up to the window because they can’t hear us. Tonight, we were told they were short staffed and were closed despite multiple people being served food in the restaurant. Would give 0 stars if possible.

  Mind boggling used the kisok machine then to over hear someone at the till ask worker its gonna be a 30min wait for food. They had 2 people working on the taco bell side and one KFC and guy running cash, window and restock... I sat down a listened to one customer get the wrong food and no forks. They also had to ask for them to restock the straws because there was none. If you want taco bell and long wait come on down otherwise avoid at all cost not worth it.

  This is the worst taco Bell I've been to in my life. I waited at the register for 10 minutes with nobody in front of me. No cashier, all the workers kept walking past me and avoiding eye contact. I tried a few times to get someone's attention but clearly they knew I was there (a customer) and was actively avoiding me. The worst customer service I've ever seen. I ended up leaving and going to McDonald's. McDonald's took 5 minutes, why can they do it but Taco Bell can't? What's the point of even being there if they don't want to work and do their jobs? Everyone who works there needs to be replaced

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with both my experience at this KFC/Taco Bell location and the complete lack of customer service that followed. On July 26, 2026, at approximately 1:50 p.m., my partner and I visited this location and, while waiting for our order, witnessed another customer (a mother carrying a baby) slip on a large amount of water on the floor near the beverage station. There were wet floor signs present, but there was still a significant amount of standing water. When our order was called, I carefully walked toward the counter, fully aware that the floor was wet, yet I still slipped in the water, landing on my knee and twisting my foot. Despite the fall occurring in full view of the front counter, no employee checked to see if I was okay, offered any assistance, or completed an incident report. My partner came to help me while staff simply handed me our order and carried on as though nothing had happened. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect and missing items. After returning home, my foot became swollen and extremely painful. While I hope the injury is not serious, the complete lack of concern shown by the staff was incredibly disappointing. I understand accidents can happen, but how a business responds to them says a great deal about how it values its customers. Following the incident, I submitted a detailed complaint through KFC/Taco Bell's customer service, outlining exactly what had happened and requesting that they preserve the restaurant's CCTV footage and investigate the matter. Unfortunately, despite giving the company the opportunity to address my concerns privately, I have yet to receive any response. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe other customers should be aware of my experience. I sincerely hope KFC/Taco Bell takes customer safety more seriously in the future and improves the way incidents like this are handled.
