This has happened multiple times. we went in to show them the hair in the cheese dip and they didn’t say one word to us. All they did was hand us a new one not even a sorry or anything. they constantly have an issue with us when we come in for our lunch break definitely never coming back here.

Then called Taco Bell about getting no sauce .... after asking ... of course the person didn't speak good english and we got no where... I've had this happen going through the drive thru... what the heck is wrong with these employees!!
