  Two weeks ago I visited this location with my kids and was charged twice. It was brought to the attention of the counter staff at the time as the Kiosk for the order glitched and there advice was start ober at another kiosk even though I had paid on the first one. I showed the attendant the duplicate charge at the time through my banking app and she assured me the funds would be refunded in 24 hours as the first order was cancelled. Its now been two full weeks and over half a dozen calls. The manager has been engaged in this for a week now after the original attendant failed to do anything after several calls. She even kept the receipt as proof of the error. Still the same story from the manager they will reach out to IT. Days go by and its always me reaching back out to them. We are talking about a very small amount of money but it is the principle they knew the machine had made and error at the time, kept the receipt and do not follow up. They have been given proof from my bank on two occasions and no one takes ownership. Today I escalated the complaint through the corporate site. Im optimistic they will do better. This is ridiculous service and needs to be shared.

  The cuts of chicken were unrecognizable and they were very greasy . The meal was expensive for what I received. Staff never smile .

  I will order coca zero on KFC, wait for 10 minutes, everyone saw it After Oska I came back without taking any order.

  Absolutely disgusting food. I ordered a 10 piece meal with salads, fries and also a popcorn chicken on the side. Chicken was GREEN inside, fries were stone cold, popcorn chicken was stone cold and dried out. The salads were HALF FULL and disgusting (tasted bad). This was the worst meal! And I tried calling the location 4 times to complain with zero answer! Absolutely disgusted and hope we don’t get sick from what we did eat.

  Came in at 7:15 pm restaurant was not busy, all the tables had garbage on them. All tables needed to be wiped off, food was dry. I had to ask for the table I chose to sit at to be cleaned and wiped off. They wiped the table then proceeded back to the kitchen to put take-out boxes together, and just ignored the rest of the tables that needed tending to. A well dressed family came in and they did not have a clean table to sit at. Garbage bins were full as well. It was not like they were over flowing with customers that they could not get to doing the dining room. Very disappointed in the state of this restaurant, especially for it being re-modelled not to long ago. Whatever happened to the days when a restaurant took pride in their establishment, and made every customer a returning customer.
