  Came to Kelsey's in Tillsonburg for a family dinner. Upon arrival we were greeted by our host, Michael. He was very helpful with what was good on the menu, friendy, attentive and had all around great service. Food was great, as per usual. 10/10, would reccomend !

  I got take out funnel cake fries and it came with no ice cream so I went back in and asked for the ice cream that’s suppose to be with it and they said it doesn’t come with take out orders but she said it’s ok I’ll go get you some then they tried charging me extra… how is it extra when it’s suppose to come with the dessert, after I made a fuss about it they said I could just have it but seriously paying the same price and not getting half the dessert… Not very happy and definitely won’t be going back there any time soon!

  We ordered take out tonight like we have many times as we are usually big fans of Kelsey's especially ours here in Tilllsonburg. Unfortunately tonight was a very different experience . My husband went in to pick up our order and waited 25 mins before someone came to tell him that our order had been given to doordash . They said they were going to remake it and it would take approximately 10 more mins, he was obviously not impressed but said okay and said he would be back in 10 minutes he was going to our truck (where myself and our kids were waiting) .As he's leaving the manager comes over and said here's a coupon for a free spinach dip for the inconvenience, so for waiting about 40 mins for our food that they sent with doordash we get a free spinach dip coupon, that's absolutely ridiculous. We get home and although some of our food was great (burgers) our daughters steak was well done, supposed to be medium rare , all the fries were very soggy and my husbands coleslaw had no dressing. It was extremely disappointing, we thought for sure they would have taken extra care considering their big mess up . It also wasn't very busy in there tonight so there was no excuse for poor food quality.

  My boyfriend and I come to Kelsey’s every Thursday for wing night, and Bre and Danielle always make it such a great experience. They’re incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely amazing at what they do. You can tell they really care about their customers, and they always go above and beyond. We look forward to seeing them every week — they’re a huge reason we keep coming back!

  Came to Kelseys tonight for date night and was disappointed. The host was very rude to my partner and myself, our server took 15 mins to come and greet us, and get our beverage order. When the food finally arrived our food was cold, and not how it was described on the menu. I found the music to be extremely loud and could not hear my partner during dinner. I would not return to this franchise or this restaurant and I would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.
