- EEEmma1 day ago5.0I came through the drive-thru around 7:20, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Tori. From the moment I pulled up, she was friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable with her positive attitude and great customer service. What really impressed me was how quickly my food came out. Even though the service was fast, the quality wasn’t sacrificed at all. Everything was made perfectly, exactly as ordered, fresh, and delicious. It’s not often that you get both speed and accuracy, but Tori absolutely delivered. Tori stood out because she was attentive, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. Tori was also very pretty and my son Ryan wanted to get her snap but was too scared. Employees like Tori make customers want to come back. Overall, this was one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. Great service, fast food, and a perfect order. Tori did an amazing job, and she deserves recognition for her outstanding work.
