- SDScott deVriesOct 1, 20265.0Great staff, but this nonsense about ordering at the drive thru and then go sit at the curbside pick up till the meal is ready is bull I get we’re all trying to get the drive thru time down but this is bullshit It looks great because we’re all sitting out front waiting , so it doesn’t reflect the drive thru timing at all , not happy
- TATicha AugustineSep 30, 20265.0We were greeted by Kristen upon entering Harvey’s. She was very professional & personable. I would say she was delightful! This young woman is a true asset to your company brand and I hope you acknowledge her worth. Kristen shared info on latest promotion, engaged in polite conversation while completing her chores. I overheard her calm reassuring tone as she assisted a fellow employee. She brought a wonderful “energy” to the atmosphere! Well done girl!
- KMKen MilesSep 27, 20265.0I’ve always enjoyed coming to Harvey’s. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I especially love being able to customize my burger exactly the way I like it. It’s become one of those places I’m happy to come back to whenever I’m craving a good burger and fries. My last visit i was served by Adrian and the girl that garnished my order was still training believe but still a good job, I think her name was Savannah. The cook with the shaved head and glasses was fast and delivered fresh, hot food. Definitely recommend giving Harvey’s a try
- JBJill BuckerSep 27, 20265.0My son got a crispy chicken sandwich combo and took it over to Swiss Chalet to eat with my family. It was very good thank you for letting him bring it to the other side.
- BBBenSep 20, 20265.0I don’t come in here very often, but I stopped by earlier today and had a very pleasant experience. Tori was the young lady who took my order and prepared my burger, and I have to say, she did an excellent job. She was very polite, friendly, and provided wonderful customer service. It’s always nice to see someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers so well. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit, and Tori certainly deserves recognition for the excellent service she provided.
