  Just a few minutes ago I came on down and tried ordering 2 small s’mores blizzards. Unfortunately, for whatever reason the employee misheard me and I received 2 SKOR blizzards instead. By the point I noticed, I was already driving away, so I turned around and pulled back into the drive through to ask for them to remake it. The employee tells me no, and that there is no way for him to do that for me, and I’d have to spend another $16 on some ice cream to make up for his mistake. Personally, I just find this insane and I don’t know how this is acceptable. My sister worked there last summer and after talking about this to her she said that it wasn’t right at all and she would have just remade our order. I’m extremely angry and likely will not come back.

  I went Sunday and ordered the wrong drink by accident (said I wanted a misty and I guess I wanted a freeze? Will read directly from sign next time as explanation was confusing from first drive thru employee). We had to wait for the rest of our order but when the second employee, Peyton, sorry if I spelt that wrong, went to pass the rest to us I asked if she could discard my other drink. She added the ice cream for me instead and I am so grateful! Thank you!

  This Dairy Queen is the worst location I have ever been to.The staff are young kids that don't seem to care at all. They are extremely slow and can't even answer questions about what exactly is in a specific blizzard. The cost is crazy, so when you go you want to receive what you ask for. Ordered a turtle blizzard and couldn't find one turtle in in. Went back to the counter and the girl said I put the turtles in myself and I said well I don't see one and she said, well they get blended up and I said no, they are always whole. A kind lady beside me agreed with me and she finally said, fine I will remake it, but didn't remake, just added some turtles and guess what they didn't get blended up. Then for over 15 dollars for two small ones, I counted 7 turtles. Further they often don't have specialty ones even though adervertised like the salted Carmel. I have never been able to get one at this location. Will not return. Aylmer is much better!!!! Or better yet go to Dads.

  It’s a shame to give this review because I’ve come to this location for blizzards and have had go service from some of the young girls working the drive through. Called Wednesday and asked how much notice is needed for a cake with custom picture, over the phone she told me 48 hours. So I said okay if I come in Thursday it will be enough time for Saturday pick up? She said yes. I go in Thursday, I tell the older woman behind the counter I want a custom cake for Saturday, she gives me a crooked eye like I’m asking for something they don’t do. I said “is that not enough time” she said “that’s fine, what do you want?” I said “do I need to provide a picture or just tell you what I want” she said to just tell her. So I said KPop demon hunter, whatever character doesn’t matter. She asked what colour writing I said yellow or golden. Well my wife brings the cake home and it’s got the KPop colours for icing which looks really nice but no picture or characters at all and the writing is purple. I don’t see how this requires 48 hours notice. I was expecting the edible printed picture or some kind of character on the face of the cake. Pretty disappointed. They had my number on the order. She could have said on my initial order that they can do the colour theme but not a picture or called me if they had questions or if something went wrong.
