  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell while picking up a Skip order as a delivery driver. When I arrived, the order was already prepared, but the staff repeatedly told me it wasn’t ready. I asked several times over the course of about 15 minutes, and only then did they realize the order had been sitting there the entire time. This unnecessary delay affected both my delivery time and my work. When I politely pointed out that the delay was caused by their mistake, instead of apologizing, multiple employees began arguing with me. The situation became unprofessional and uncomfortable, and the manager supported the employees rather than trying to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, the customer service and professionalism at this location were very poor. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how both customers and delivery drivers are treated.

  Ordered food from here only a few times and everytime, they've messed the order up. No wonder they've had one here to close it down shortly after. Hire new staff or don't bother , I'll never order from here again , Ide rather eat taco time at this point.

  Food is fine, it’s Taco Bell. Problem is you can’t get the food when they randomly close over an hour early randomly. Nothing like driving across the city to the location that is listed as open to have a locked door and being told they’re only open to delivery. How is it you’re open to delivery but both the drive through and store front is closed? Clearly you can make food. When I asked about the fact both their online hours and the hours on the door both stated they were open until 11 (and it wasn’t even 10 yet) I got a shrug and he closed the door and locked it again.
