I haven't been to a Mr. Sub before. Their internet was down and there was a little panic in the air, cash only sign on the door, online orders not working, etc. They were handling it very well though. Communicating clearly with folks coming through the door. They were quick making my Italian Salami sub. The bread was nice and soft. The veggies were about on par for Thunder Bay area, where I assume getting fresh green lettuce and bright red tomatoes is not an easy or cheap affair. It's not the Arctic circle, but it's also not New York City. The salami was ok. It was a pretty good sandwich for a fast food sandwich shop. In short, it was expected food quality and taste but with excellent customer service even during a crisis. I can see why their reviews are as high as they are.

Ordered a chicken Parm sandwich. It has no tomato sauce and chicken. Also forgot to add the sauces.
