  Absolutely perfect experience every time. I rate it a 1 star because people only ever look at the critical ones. This place absolutely has delicious food and the best service in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Elizabeth took a very lengthy and somewhat complicated order over the phone for a small party, she did incredible. She was very tentative to the Order and their team knocked it out of the park. I have yet to be disappointed by any Mr sub location within Thunder Bay, and will continue to support the local business whenever I get the chance. Great job.

  Poor customer service, worker was very forgetful with my order. I'd have to triple confirm what I clearly said to her, plus she forgot I asked for my sub heated and then forgot she put it in there in the first place. Also the pizza sub used to be delicious but they changed the pepperoni or something cause now it doesn't taste as good as I remember

  I've been to every Mr.sub in western Canada. And this is by far the best one..the guys behind the counter are beyond amazing. Extremely friendly. And the bun was so fresh. Keep the outstanding work guys. You guys are amazing. Thank you

  The ladies working at Mr. Sub were a pleasure! They made the process of a simple sub dinner fun and easy as they gave great recommendations and they had amazing personalities! Will 100% be back! Thanks so much!
