  Staff looked completely uninterested no energy, no professionalism, just acting like customers are a burden. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and even then they still managed to mess it up.

  The night shift staff is so unprofessional they don’t know how to deal with customers, so rude and disgusting. The store is so dirty, unhygienic and at the end worst kfc in Thunder Bay 🤢🤮

  Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude . Specially the night staff. Even food service is worse. They are very unhygienic.
