  I had a very bad experience with KFC at 929 Fort William Road, Thunder Bay. I mistakenly placed an order for this location and immediately called the restaurant to cancel it. The employee told me that I would receive a refund within 3–4 days. However, I never received my money back. I then opened a case through the KFC app support team. They emailed me, and later someone from KFC called and assured me that the issue would be resolved. After waiting another month without any refund, I contacted them again. This time, a staff member spoke to me rudely and said there was nothing they could do, and that only the head office could process the refund. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. It has been a long time, and I am still waiting for my refund for a charge that should have been cancelled immediately. KFC should take action to address this issue and improve how customer concerns are handled. I have attached the receipt showing the incorrect charge.

  Horrible service. They dont give a shit. When there is promo they will tell you it ended but when you order online they give you. Rude service, employees always busy talking to each other. I been in management for 15 years if they were in my team i would fire them on spot.

  The staff are often confused, and most of the time items are out of stock. Even in the drive-through, you still have to wait 10–15 minutes. Overall, I’ve never had a good experience here. I wouldn’t recommend this place, go to Popeyes instead; it’s much better and has quicker service.
