Upon trying to cancel my order both by text to the driver and calling the restaurant, both refused to take responsibility for it. The driver kept the food, I was out a meal (wanted it at a later time) and the restaurant told me to order again so that it costs me again. They got my address and phone number and never followed up. Do better. At least offer a gift card or get one of your employees to drive it over. What did we do before these online apps? I was able to connect with BK online support who were very understanding and did not get a refund but a coupon $15 off toward my next online purchase. I’ll be changing my review to 5 stars.

- HHHillApr 1, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King drive-thru. The staff member working night shifts is consistently rude. When taking orders, she barely says “hi” in an audible way, and if you don’t hear it the first time, she responds by yelling “Hi, what’s the order?” which is unprofessional and unnecessary. On this visit, we ordered an Oreo milkshake with extra Oreo crumbles. After receiving it, we realized they hadn’t added the extra crumbles; it looked like a plain vanilla shake with barely any Oreo in it. We politely informed them and even said we were ready to pay extra for the additional crumbles, but she refused, and even the manager didn’t help resolve the issue. This isn’t the first time the behavior has been rude, and it really affects the overall experience. Customer service at the drive-thru, especially during night shifts, needs serious improvement. Otherwise, it’s going to push customers away. Very disappointing.
