  The Thunder Bay Arby’s never disappoints! Joe and Danielle’s team are always friendly, helpful and respectful whether you’re dining in or doing drive through. The restaurant is always very clean and the overall atmosphere is fantastic! Always a 5 star experience!

  Our town’s Arby’s has been run by the same local guy for years, and it’s one of the few spots that hasn’t gone downhill. While many other fast-food places around here have slipped in quality and cleanliness, this location stays consistent and well-kept. The place is actually clean — floors, tables, bathrooms, and the counter area are regularly maintained. It’s a noticeable difference that makes eating in more pleasant than at many competitors. Service is usually quick and friendly, even during busy times. As for the food, it’s honestly tasty as hell. The roast beef is solid, the curly fries are always hot and crispy, and the sauces (especially Horsey and Arby’s sauce) hit the spot every time. The beef and cheddar sandwiches, loaded curly fries, and classic combos never disappoint. Portions are generous for the price, and everything tastes fresh rather than sitting under heat lamps too long. It’s become our family’s go-to spot after activities or just running errands. The consistency over such a long time stands out — same local owner who clearly cares about keeping standards up. In an era where many chains feel corporate and declining, this Arby’s feels like a reliable neighborhood staple. If you’re in the area and craving roast beef, curly fries, or a solid fast-food meal, this is the one to hit. Tasty, clean, and run by someone who’s been doing it right for a long time. Definitely worth stopping in.

  Great roast beef sandwich with curly fries and horse radish sauce. Yum! The owner is a great guy, I’ve known loads of people who have worked for him over the years and I’ve never heard a single bad thing. The restaurant is always kept in great shape, super clean. Staff always very friendly. Everyone looks happy to be there.
