Very fatty and there were only 2 flats out of 8... Extremely disappointing... It just shows that this location does not care about its customers... Even if you can't give more flats at least have them well done as requested as some customers prefer the food cooked more than others.. Also if you can't give more flats at least give an equal amount of flats as the other pieces... I was not able to eat this dinner

We ordered the $19.99 chicken combo with two portions of chicken, and I added ribs for an extra $5. The chicken was delicious, and the ribs were also very good. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s also very family-friendly. They provided a high chair, and there was a colouring activity to keep the little one entertained while we ate. She enjoyed the chicken very much too! 😊 Overall, good food, good service, and a comfortable place for a casual family meal. Definitely recommended!

I visited Swiss Chalet for lunch with co-workers, and the restaurant was dirty—the tables and chairs were sticky, and the utensils had dried food particles on them. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken breast, which was loaded with onions and had barely any tomatoes. The chicken did not taste fresh and had an unpleasant texture. The service was careless and sloppy as well. I decided not to leave a tip due to the poor food and service. When the waitress noticed, she confronted me and demanded an explanation. After I calmly explained the issues, she became extremely defensive rather than acknowledging the feedback. Poor cleanliness, poor food quality, and poor service. I definitely do not recommend this location.
