  I previously had a disappointing experience and left feedback about it. The restaurant reached out to me afterward, apologized, and gave me another opportunity to try them. I ordered again today, and this time everything was amazing. The pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers was made perfectly, with a good amount of toppings and cheese. The cheese sticks were also excellent. Everything was fresh, tasty, and exactly how I expected Papa John’s to be. I really appreciate that they took my feedback seriously and made things right. Today’s order was a completely different experience and definitely deserves 5 stars.

  Came in to pick up an order and was greeted with “name” from across the store. I didn’t understand what she was saying, and instead of simply asking, “What’s your name?” she shouted “NAME” again, which genuinely startled me. While I waited, orders were also being called out unusually loudly for such a small space. She then gave me an unfriendly look as I left. A strangely hostile experience for a simple pizza pickup.

  Question, does this picture look like 7 toppings to you? They really skimped out on the toppings. Was disappointed by this, but overall the area was clean and the quality was decent.

  ❌NASTY ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS❌ ❌❌❌❌❌ FOOD QUALITY 0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ Do yourself a favour and go to little caesars behind the building much better service and quality 👌👌 ***Zero customer service and satisfaction *** ***Very rude employee (both person) Dirty tables, dirty floors, and food quality was zero. A complete waste of money for such poor quality and service!! Also handicapped door button doesn't work 🧑🏻‍🦽‍➡️👩‍🦽‍➡️⛔️⛔️⛔️
