  Would’ve loved to have try here, put an order through on the app, get into my car. Start driving. Get a call from customer service saying this location is closed? Yet on google says 3am? 👀 get your crap together. Not impressed.

  Been waiting for this location to open for the past few months and it didn't disappoint. I order via telephone a large pizza with 6 toppings, and it was very well made. The team was very courtesy and professional. I highly recommend this location.

  I recently ordered two large Ultimate Pepperoni pizzas from the Papa Johns location at 390 Steeles Avenue West in Thornhill, and I felt compelled to leave a review because the experience genuinely stood out. Before placing my order, I actually called the store with a question that has frustrated me to no end. Like many customers, I have repeatedly ordered pepperoni pizzas from various chains only to discover a significant gap between what is advertised and what arrives at the door. The brochures and photos are loaded with toppings, yet the actual pizza often arrives looking sparse, underwhelming and nothing like the image that inspired the purchase. The staff member I spoke with explained that a large Ultimate Pepperoni pizza is cut into 8 slices and is minimum 8 pepperoni placements per slice, which gives a clear expectation of abundance rather than guesswork. What impressed me was not simply the answer itself but the confidence and clarity with which it was given. When the pizzas arrived, they delivered exactly what had been promised and honestly exceeded that expectation. Every slice was generously covered, the topping distribution was consistent across the entire pizza and there was no sense of corners being cut. For the first time, I looked at a delivered pizza and thought, "This is exactly what I was expecting." In a marketplace filled with endless choices, good pizza alone is no longer enough. What creates loyalty is trust. Trust is built when a business tells customers what to expect then follows through. This location did exactly that. What I appreciated most was the honesty. Not marketing. Not exaggeration. Not carefully staged promotional photography. Just a product delivered exactly as described. There are countless pizza options available today, but experiences like this remind us why some businesses earn repeat customers while others merely earn transactions. Thank you to the team at Papa Johns Thornhill for proving that integrity, consistency and customer trust still matter. That may seem like a small thing but in today's world, it is becoming increasingly rare.

  As a huge fan of Papa Johns, I was so excited to hear about this new Steeles location opening up! I am really glad to finally have one in this neighborhood. Since it recently opened, the interior is exceptionally clean, bright, and welcoming.My absolute favorite is their Pepperoni Thin Crust Pizza. Papa Johns tomato sauce is always a step ahead of other pizza places—it is noticeably richer and packed with flavor. Of course, pairing their Cheese Sticks with the signature garlic dipping sauce is the ultimate combination that never disappoints.I placed an online order for carryout, and while the food took a bit longer than the promised time to be ready, the pizza was so hot and delicious that I completely understood. A minor delay is expected for a brand-new store, but it would be even better if they could tighten up the timing a little bit in the future. The great taste is definitely there, and I will be back!
