I’ve communicated my concern with customer care at the head office. So I will not place the ordeal . Food is not the issue (however if I didn’t address my concern it could have been a huge issue) Papa johns as a whole is great, great pizza. Just avoid this location at all costs. Edit to the review to reply to comment: That’s not that reason for the review. I’m not going to go back and forth on google. The review and the concerns are much deeper than the cost and refunded $20 cash (as you couldn’t refund on a credit card) my concern is with customer care. If you’re truly the owner, customer care will give you the extensive run down. As this review also validates my concern with your store.
