  That was not pleasant experience. About 9 a.m. I wanted to order medium coffee and the muffin. I Have to wait about 5-6 minutes before one of FIVE employees decided to ask me what I wanted. They were busy discussing something very loudly. No attention to the customers. I think there was another person awaiting for their small order. Coffee cap was put near me without telling me that is mine. Then when muffin was given to me, I was told that is my coffee. At this moment I noticed that in a muffin holding cabinet ( it was clear plexiglas) has some food flyes. They immediately removed all muffins. At that time I have open my muffin and coffee. I still was by the counter. I never was offered a replacement for my muffin nor refund. Coffee was cold and bitter. Everything went in the garbage bin. That was my nice breakfast in McDonalds.

  Much cleaner than many downtown Toronto locations—no smell of weed or issues with loitering, which makes the overall experience noticeably more comfortable and relaxed. The dining area looked well-maintained, and the general atmosphere felt calmer than what you often get in busier city spots. That said, the food quality was inconsistent. The meat didn’t taste great and felt below expectations, especially for something that should be fairly standard. On the positive side, the muffins were fresh and enjoyable, and the potatoes were definitely the highlight—crispy, well-cooked, and flavorful.
