I ordered three-piece chicken tender meal and upgraded my fries to poutine and while I was waiting for them to make it which took about 10 minutes, I saw that they had a special for two piece meal for chicken tenders for two dollars cheaper than what I paid for one person, and when I mention that to the guy, he just looked at me and that’s it. They didn’t include my plum sauce which I had to ask for and also they did not give me my drink which I had to ask for. They obviously did not care about their customers. Even as I’ve finished my meal here I see someone standing aimlessly looking to order and they’ve been standing there for five minutes or maybe closer to 10 minutes waiting for someone to take their order. I will never come to this particular location again for KFC. Even that chicken tenders were filled with more breading than chicken itself. It wasn’t even busy here. It was at 4 PM on a Monday.
