  They charge big $ for their blizzards that they promise will be so thick that they can be turned upside down and stay in the cup. In reality, they give you ice cream soup that would be better served with a straw than a spoon.

  The owner blocks promotions and point redemption on some items. They also avoid giving you a receipt so you can't earn points and there's no scanner. Its happened multiple times at this location. I will never come back to this location again. No issues at any other location.

  Terrible store Terrible owner Came in wanting my birthday shake (using a diary queen coupon for a free shake on your birthday) the lady told me to place a mobile order, and she would call the owner for approval, never heard of that before but anyways, waited 10 minutes, then another 5 and then finally got told that my points were refunded (even though I didn’t use points) and she wasn’t able to help me because the owner told her they don’t accept any coupons or discounts, not sure how Dairy Queen allows a franchise that doesn’t accept coupons, and wastes customer time Don’t visit this location, they waste your time, and leave you feeling cheated Owner responded saying my name was different, weirldly enough not sure how he knew that before I wrote the review, just trying to play games, Read the rest of the reviews, and go to marble slab right down the street or baskin robins, way better store, way better customer service Don’t waste your time on this store

  I just purchased the SKOR caramel brownie cupfection from this location. A friend of mine said she had ordered the same one from the Aurora location and said it was delicious so I figured I'd give it a try. This location did not serve us ice cream. The consistency of the "ice cream" looked off and tasted like it was melted icing from a cake. It was disgusting. The brownie was cold and immediately upset our stomachs. I ate maybe a third of it. It was a complete waste of $12. We won't be returning. I would give zero stars if I could. Edit in response: I believe that your response is a lie as my friend said the brownie was warmed at the Aurora location. I also barely had any caramel on mine from your location so unfortunately that is yet another lie. If it was in fact real ice cream if would not have been that consistency. A disgusting "ice cream" and quite disgusting to blatantly deceive customers. This dairy queen location should have been shut down a year ago. That's how far back these complaints are going. I wish I had looked at the rating and reviews before wasting my time, money.

  Price gouging at its finest....I went to this location to get the new cinnamon toast crunch dipped cone and was shocked but not surprised at this location $9. Previous experience here everything feels over priced and rip off compared to other locations. I went to the keele location today for the same item and size.....5 dollars and change. So why are ripping people off 4 for the same item? Too my surprised I wasn't informed there $2 for cinnamon toast toppings at this location? Its advertised and shouldn't be charged a premium. They don't participate in free cone days...the delivery service is way over priced and In store is just as bad. BUYER BEWARE ON ICECREAM CAKES YOUR PROBABLY PAYING A EXTRA $15 to $25 at this location. I was honestly shocked looking at the dipped cone price at this location...it said 5 something on menu board then 9 when the worker rung it up...even she apologized on the price.
