- PCPauline CampbellMar 20, 20191.0I usually like stopping at Subway with my kids when we have a busy night and I don't have time to feed them at home. I always thought their bread was fresh, but when I saw mold on my son's sandwich I could not believe it! I then contacted customer service to let them know about my experience and that it was not acceptable to sell moldy bread. The response I received was just as bad. They thanked me for my feedback and suggested it wouldn't happen again. I'm thinking at the very least, I should get a refund. I expect more from this chain.
