  Let’s put a non-communicative “new Canadian” behind the counter. After selling hundreds, if not thousands, of combos, how do you make the mistake of putting only one cookie in my bag? Once the issue was communicated to the attendant, I got the response, “It only says COOKIE on the receipt” and “Some people only eat one,” without acknowledging the mistake or apologizing. It’s sad that I have to order online so I can avoid the awkward interaction with these “new Canadians.” I absolutely love the brand, but it would be better if it were represented by competent people.

  I have went twice this month and both times were awesome! Each time I went it a was a guy named (aj/ahmeer- I didn't quite hear him say his name) and both times he has impressed me. His customer service skills rock and he is so kind and asks every needed question. Overall a very pleasant visit.

  Ask for toasted subs, they come not toasted. Ask for pizza sub... no sauce on sub. I only gave 2 stars because I usually enjoy mr sub. This particular one though.
