  For starters the drive through is ridiculous, cones everywhere can’t get in easily at all never mind how tight it all is as well. I placed my order, two single popcorn chicken and two large macaroni salads with dipping sauce and gravy. Chicken was good and had no issues there. The macaroni salad though is a different story…. Had my first bite and immediately it was off, after a few more to see if it was just me I decided to look at it because it was repulsive. Lo and behold the discolouration, it was stringy, chunky and the sauce was thick as well. After about 30 minutes or so I had to go to the bathroom and I ended up throwing everything up and got food poisoning from it

  Very recently I found the service and quality has gone up, notably whenever Jessica is working, everything is good or above expectations, happily frequenting this location often. Appreciate the diligence.

  I would like to appreciate the KFC at 1300 Lasalle Blvd, Greater Sudbury, ON. I ordered the Original Recipe 4-piece chicken from this location, and the food was very good, fresh, tasty, and not overly salty. The team was also responsive and customer-focused. I am comparing this with my experience at the KFC located at 1341 Martindale Rd, Greater Sudbury, ON, where I have ordered the same item multiple times. Unfortunately, the food at the Martindale location has been salty most of the time and the quality has not been consistent. I raised this concern only as honest feedback, but instead of handling it professionally, the manager’s response was disappointing. This issue is also related to Case #5NMZM8, where I raised concerns about food quality inconsistency and customer service. My key concern is that customers should not be treated personally or denied future service for raising a valid food quality issue. Feedback should be handled respectfully and used to improve the customer experience. The Lasalle location shows that the same KFC item can be prepared properly and taste good. I hope higher management reviews the Martindale location’s food quality consistency and customer service approach.
