  Decided to try KFC because we hadn’t had any in years. Ordered a bucket and all we got were a meat I can only describe as oversized wings. No breasts and one leg. The breading was wet and disgusting and the pieces were mostly sinewy and bone. We also ordered a macaroni salad and instead we received a pail of corn?? Almost the same thing. It is safe to say that KFC has devolved into a place no one should eat at. Do better.

  I have ordered from here multiple times because it is close to my house, but the quality is a mess. Out of 4 orders, the chicken was way too salty twice. One time they even forgot my napkins and ketchup. When I complained on the app, they just gave me excuses saying they "use standard ingredients." The worst part was when the store manager actually called my phone to question why I asked for a refund before, instead of just fixing the food. They gave me the same standard dialogue. I told them if it’s salty again, I will bring it to the office and make them taste it. Guess what? It was salty again, but I just didn't have the time to go back. Pathetic customer service. Check your kitchen and stop blaming the customer.

  I’ve ordered chicken strips from KFC multiple times, and unfortunately the quality has been very inconsistent. Out of more than 4 orders, only one was actually good. Most of the time the chicken strips are either too salty. What disappointed me even more was the manager’s response when I raised the concern. The explanation and response were not convincing, and I didn’t feel the issue was taken seriously as a customer. I understand mistakes can happen occasionally, but repeated quality issues make it frustrating to keep ordering. I hope KFC improves the consistency and customer service experience.

  Usually order when they have 2 for 1 chicken sandwiches, not always the best but good for the value. Then I unwrap my burger and start eating and swallow and think wow this doesn't taste very good. Then I look down and see no white along my bite at all, cut into it low and behold someone took it out of the freezer breaded it and served it just as is! Never again will I order from this location, beware folks because now I am sick as a dog.

  I did mobile order it was ready almost to the minute everything was fresh and crispy. The restaurant was clean the staff was clean and friendly. My order was accurate best kfc experience in a few years I rarely go to the restaurant in my city.
