  We had the 3 course meal for 2 for 50$. It was fantastic! I have never had the budda boomers before but they were so yummy. Our server Max was bright and cheery and was very attentive and polite. Definitely recommend!

  We are so happy we decided to go with East Side for our Mother's Day meal! We ordered early and set the time to be delivered later. The order arrived seamlessly at the right time hot and fresh, and everything was absolutely perfect! The food was so good and the whole family was thrilled with the meal.   I hadn’t been to East Side Mario’s for some time on account of a number of negative service experiences in regard to server interaction. I was apprehensive to come for Mother’s Day dinner for this reason, but we had Mackenzie and she was fantastic and an absolute peach. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience 🫶🏻

  I honestly don’t know how this location is still operating. During ONE visit, I witnessed multiple mice running through the restaurant — one customer literally stepped on and killed one near a booth, and less than 10 minutes later another staff member was sweeping up another mouse near a different table. If that doesn’t scream health hazard, I don’t know what does. The women’s washroom was beyond disgusting — feces smeared on the wall, filthy conditions, and clearly zero concern for cleanliness or hygiene. For a restaurant, this is absolutely unacceptable. But the most disturbing part of the entire experience was the manager, Joanne. The way she speaks to the young staff members is honestly revolting. Watching a grown woman publicly belittle teenage girls to the point of tears was embarrassing and uncomfortable for everyone around. Leadership isn’t about intimidation, humiliation, or barking at employees like they’re beneath you. Management sets the tone for a business, and this place is a complete disaster from top to bottom. Dirty restaurant, mice infestation, disgusting washrooms, and toxic management all in ONE visit. I hadn’t been there in months, and now I remember exactly why. Do better, East Side’s. Your staff deserve respect, your customers deserve basic cleanliness, and Joanne seriously needs a lesson in professionalism and how to treat human beings.

  Big thanks to Jerry for the incredible service this evening! He handled our large table of 11 with so much energy and ease, even while the restaurant was busy. Was aways on top of making sure our drinks and endless dishes were full. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you Jerry for making our night!
