My pickup time was scheduled for 10:00 PM, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. I was told to use the drive-thru instead, where there was already a long line. What’s the point of offering scheduled pickup times if customers still have to wait in the drive-thru? After waiting about 25 minutes, I finally received my order. When I got home, I realized my fries were missing. I tried calling the restaurant around 10 times, but no one answered the phone. Very disappointing experience. Poor organization, missing items, and terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back.
