  Took me 10 minutes to order a single meal. 5 minutes before I could actually pay and They didn’t even get the order correct.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience. We placed an Uber Eats pickup order for 10:45 PM, and the people picking it up arrived early at 10:30 PM to check on it. Staff said they didn’t have the order. When they checked again at the scheduled pickup time of 10:45 PM, staff repeatedly asked for the order number but continued saying they couldn’t find it and offered very little help. I was on the phone trying to sort things out, and the staff became rude and dismissive, telling us to contact Uber Eats support instead of helping resolve the issue. The situation was made even more frustrating because our order wasn’t actually ready until around 11:30 PM—45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Delays can happen, but poor communication, lack of customer service, and rude interactions made this a very frustrating experience. We expected much better.

  My wife and I were very excited when we heard Taco Bell was coming to Stratford a couple years ago. As soon as we found out they don't have refills for dine in though, we never went back. Taco Bell is one of those places that's only good fresh, so we would want to eat inside. However, without a fountain machine to refill, it kind of ruins the experience. The fun of it is pigging out on unhealthy food and beverages. You lose half that? You lost us. We'll just go to one of the many better Mexican places in Stratford.

  The food was missing the FOOD except for lettuce in which was way to plentiful! There was hardly no steak on the steak quesadilla or beef on the cheesy gordita crunch which was not crunchy it was mushy and falling apart same with the tacos! and everything was cold by the time we got it! and the drinks were only a little more than half full! the little container for the nacho cheese for the fries was only a quarter full so I got to dip 5 of my fries before it was gone! We went through the drive thru (and had a very hard time understanding what the person was saying on the speaker) and then had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for the food. And the parking sucks too I had to go out the entrance to be able to exit. Extremely disappointed with everything except for the strawberry cinnabon which is why they get a star at all. We won't be going there again any time soon tell yer mudder! Gross!
