Best experience: I ordered veggies fries but they mixed up the toppings with another types of fries. So I went back and showed them my receipt and what types of fries I had actually gotten and they gave me my proper order of veggie fries while also letting me keep the original order which I gave to my roommate. Yummy food and good service. The food is overpriced like every fast food place but I love it on occasion.

When the plate came out, it had sour cream all over it. The cashier was nice about it, but another employee came over with a terrible attitude and started rudely lecturing me, saying I should have specified my order (which I did). Her hostile behavior completely ruined the experience. I walked away and went to Pita Lite for a falafel instead, where the staff was respectful and pleasant. Don't waste your time here if you expect correct orders and basic respect.

When I was taking out my cash to pay, she made a comment implying that I didn’t have enough money, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with kindness and respect regardless of their age or appearance. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I hope management addresses this issue.
