Horrible experience over multiple visits and online orders.
my sub is never made right, never has enough toppings and whenever i order lettuce they fill the entire sub with lettuce and a pench of every other chosen ingredient.
i cannot recommend spending your money at this location, they have proven to be incapable of the most simple thing... making a sandwich.

Truly wish I could put a no star review

I ordered LOADED tots with salt and pepper as well as two large seafood subs with extra black olives.
The tots came plain and they dumped a pile of pepper in them turning them all black.
Extremely disappointing and this is probably going to discourage me from ordering Mr. Sub.

The staff members are rude. Their parents have not taught them how to respect customers. The food was below average. I’ll suggest to try another location.

I have placed three orders through the app on August 20, 2025, October 16, 2025, and most recently on July 27, 2026.
On all three occasions, the bread I ordered was unavailable, despite it being accepted through the app. During the first two visits, an older employee apologized in advance and offered two baked goods as a goodwill gesture.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very different. Around 8:10 p.m., a younger employee repeatedly rolled her eyes and kept saying, "Oh my God," when I asked why the bread is always different from what I ordered. When I asked whether anything would be offered because my order couldn't be fulfilled as requested, she rolled her eyes again and said, "I'll give you a cookie."
My concern isn't whether compensation is offered. It's the employee's attitude and lack of professionalism. Eye-rolling and making dismissive comments toward a customer are not appropriate ways to handle a simple question. It's disappointing that some employees appear to lack basic customer service training and professional etiquette.
