  They always water down the coffee at this location. Too lazy to make a new pot. Staff are not trained properly.

  i took a 30+ min bus ride all the way to this mc donalds and i ordered a medium milkshake and it literally looked like someone had chugged it before i got it. i went up to complain and was like why is it so empty like theres so much more room left and they said they cant do nothing about it. never coming back here.

  I use to come here often, and then started to add a morning stop in order to get my morning decaf coffee but have since stopped coming because it is never ready, even when I purchase online and say I'm here, 10 min.ahead of time. A 2 minutes wait they say, is more like 8-10 minutes and this is too long because I'm on my way to work.

  The fries were served cold. When I went for a refill there machines are turned off. I asked at the counter and a young lady said it was because of students. I asked for a refill but Andrew was not willing to make any exceptions and seemed more pleased with himself to say no to me. Would not recommend this location.

  Went thru the drive-thru last night and I was amazed by the service I was getting. Ikenna showed great pride in working there and I couldn’t believe I was at McDonald’s. Ikenna made one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.
