  So I had a huge long complaint to post about my experience.... But after reading the reviews and seeing that neither the company, the PR department, or the store management have bothered to reply to a single message I can tell it will just be screaming into the void... Regardless avoid this location terrible experience.

  I ordered delivery and HALF my order didn’t come , on top of that what did come was some nasty tasting chicken that tastes like it’s been cooked in dirty oil , over powering SALTY taste 🤢WASTE OF ALMOST 70$!!!! Im gonna report ts to the highest extent I promise you kfc COUNT UR DAYS😡

  cold food even after taking 20 minutes(was told 7 minutes), the girl ignored me like 7 times when i was at the counter waiting for her, no napkins just pretty much threw the order at the counter and left. no thanks no nothing.

  I walked in for the Tuesday special and was served by a young man named Prince. He was very fast and I had my food within 5 minutes. The chicken was fresh and hot, I sat in the dining room and was in an out within 25 minutes.

  Terrible experience....sad to say this location has gone down hill. To start they had NO salads at all. Chicken was saturated more than it ever in oil, skin was crisp but had a layer of mushy batter underneath. Fries were soggy and cold, gravy was like heavy paste, onion rings were also over saturated in oil. Yes it's expected to be oily since they are fried foods but this was well beyond that. Staff at counter were polite is the only nice thing I can mention. Meal was over $40 for 10 pieces, gravy, fries and onion rings which was money thrown away on this meal. Avoid this location at all costs. Time for them to close up shop!
