  Every time I come into this franchise I’m always told 10mins .. well now it’s another 15 as they always fill orders after I’ve been waiting ! Terrible.. very disappointed gave me a free pop and the fountain pop was warm .. always say I’m not coming back but try to give them chances .. this time I’m finished.. 20 min on a supposedly 10 and counting .. grrrr

  Got Uber Eats at approximately 7:40pm. Arrived around 8pm which was a decent delivery arrival. Upon arrival, we were each missing a piece of our 3 piece tender; each of us only receiving 2. My partner also ordered KFC sauce and received none. This is multiple times we’ve run into issues with this KFC. Very tired of the deals displayed online not being met. So disappointed. Oh and no straws as per usual!

  Came in to order during what I assume was their dinner rush. It took a fair bit but that was more to do with their kiosks failing to send my order back to the kitchen. Their staff still helped me, got the the bottom of it and got me my meal regardless of the issue. I would recommend it because I've been treated much worse before at other restaurants with similar technical difficulties in their system.

  I would like to make a complaint about my experience at KFC yesterday. Unfortunately, the food quality was not good. The chicken did not seem to be cooked properly, and it was very oily. I was also disappointed that I had to wait around 40 minutes while dining in. I expected better food quality and service from KFC. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution. I spent nearly 50$.

  Tried to go in at 10:45pm the other day (dining room is supposed to be open until 11:00pm and drive thru open until 1am) and the doors were already locked. Fast forward to tonight. I decided to order from this location through uber eats. I got the buy one get one famous chicken sandwiches and let me tell you .. I was very unhappy with the order. The buns are fresh but the chicken was overcooked to the point of burnt and hard, with almost no flavour. Not only that but the fact that I paid 12 dollars for what looks like a tiny McDonald's chicken breakfast patty..and the order didn't qualify for a refund. Word of advice...just skip this location all together. Pictured: a hard piece of chicken smaller than the palm of my hand surrounded by burnt breading. Again, just skip thos place all together.
