  My first time going to Kelseys, the service was great, the food was ok, small portions. They charge extra for a side salad, I found this odd. The included sides are carbs. I had never come across being chared at the other places I have been. I will go back though.

  Erika was our server tonight and she was FANTASTIC! Her positive attitude and ready smile made our experience even better. She had plenty of wonderful suggestions regarding the menu and answered all our questions. Will definitely be back and request Erika as our server!

  Myself and my family attended here, and we were seated immediately. We had Erika serve us and she was quick, friendly and helpful. Erika checked in on us multiple times making sure our experience was great and without any mishaps. The food was great but the service was better. Thank you Erika, hope to come again!

  We went here for Mother's Day with a party of 8. Our server, Max, was really great. He was very nice, attentive and accomodating. My daughter has celiac and we mentioned this to our waiter before ordering. She ended up having no issues with cross contamination and loved the meal. We made sure not to order anything for her that would come from the deep fryer. Anyway, everyone left happy including the moms who each got a flower and coupon. We will likely return again. Thanks!!! 👍

  Dining here is less of a meal and more of a battle of wills. It started with the chicken wings, which were so hairy as if they just took the chicken from the farm. When I moved on to the steak, it was bland and remarkably under-cooked. clearly, the chef and I have very different definitions of "heat” as I asked for a medium well not a rare. Which brings me to my next point the real comedy began with the service. The waitstaff couldn't hear us, but they were remarkably good at disagreeing with us. When we pointed out they got our specifications wrong, they didn't apologize; they basically staged a culinary intervention to tell us that we didn't actually want our food the way we asked for it. I’ve never been "gaslit" by a side of fries before, but Kelsey’s managed it. If you want to pay for the privilege of being told your preferences are wrong while you pluck hair out of your appetizer, pull up a chair!
