- TCTammy CompareJun 3, 20261.0On Monday of this week I did a mobile order and when I picked it up the order was wrong I had ordered a box of plant based dilly bars when I arrived there was 1 bar with the order. I showed the clerk the receipt that I had bought a box of plant based dilly bars. She went to the back and broughtt out the box. I put in on the cup holder with the other products and went home put the box in the freezer and had a bar. The next day I was so sick with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, muscle and joint pain and spent most of the day in bed. The next day when I realized the box I was given was regular dilly bars and I called the store to speak to the manager. There was no manager but the supervisor was who answered the phone. I explained the error and was told the manager would call me today. I heard nothing back from this store. I had a severe reaction to eating dairy which I cannot have. I was safe with what I bought, so I thought. Lesson learned to read the box even though I didn’t think I had to. I think the fact that the manager couldn't even call me back is poor customer service and I will not be back to this store. I will take my business elsewhere
