- TTTara TracyOct 7, 20261.0I have never encountered staff like that; I will never come back..)
- DLDavid LeeOct 4, 20261.0I waited until the next day to craft this review, I’m still baffled as my family has never had a poor experience until last night. While reading other online reviews it seems this is a similar trend at this location. Ordered a family meal online and at pick up verified the order only to make sure we had everything. This is where the experience went south. Items we ordered (clearly listed on our order in the app) were left out and when we asked the employee, she became argumentative in front of other guests in line. Don’t even get me started about the portion sizes. My wife even showed her the online order and she said too bad we can only give you what is on the printed receipt, I can’t do anything so call customer service. Rather than just give us the missing items that were listed in our order you have now lost a loyal customer who will take our business next door to Poulet Rouge, where the staff are great and friendly.
- ZJZack JshawSep 27, 20261.0Use caution mobile ordering. Ordered a steak bowl and got home and there was no steak. Make sure to check your order before you drive away.
- BLBenjamin LattaSep 23, 20262.0Ate a bowl for almost $20 with a drink and it was hardly any food at all. Won't be back.
- ARalex rossSep 16, 20261.0PURELL IN MY BURRITO I frequent this location often after work Today I was met with an extremely off putting experience. While trying to eat I had an employee feel the need to clean the two tables immediately on each side of me. Normally I'd have been thrilled as this location is disgusting in terms of cleanliness. This time I was not. Perhaps as they don't clean often, they're unfamiliar with how to do so properly? Maria felt it appropriate to spray cleaner in the direction of my bowl twice and within inches of it! I had to ask for a refund and was met with confrontation and attitude, I guess I'll have to go to BarBurrito from now on.
