I will say there was one lovely nice lady serving with a welcoming smile but everyone else seemed confused. The food did NOT taste like chipotle, the chicken was RANCID, the rice was dry and the lettuce was unclean. I'd travel an extra 20 minutes down to Rideau to get that high quality bowel. praying rn I didnt' get food poisoning.

The employees are clearly slacking on their cleaning duties, as all of the tables and the garbages are overflowing and disgusting. None of the tables are clean to sit at, while there are at least 5 employees working. All the lemonade dispensers sat empty for over 30 minutes while I sat in the restaurant. I will not be coming back until the location and clean more thoroughly. Not to mention the incredibly slow service.
- MCMM CugliApr 29, 20262.0This is normally my preferred Chipotle in the city but today the drink station in the restaurant was absolutely filthy, the forks were soaked with some type of liquid, the garbage beside the drink station was full and overflowing. They were low on white rice and honey chicken, some pieces i did get were burnt and not good. The person on the grill was cutting up fresh chicken and instead of waiting to give me fresh chicken the girl on the line gave me burnt scraps.
